Approved
residents will sign an agreement under South Australia's Residential
Tenancies (Rooming Houses) Regulations 1999.
Under
these regulations you are a rooming house resident, not a tenant.
Your agreement is for the sole use of your room and the common
areas of the house. You also agree to abide by the House Rules.
